Flavia Topan

Flavia Topan is a PR and communication expert, specialized in healthcare PR, with a background in academia and research. She leads the Communications Team for the European Patients Forum (Brussels, Belgium).
Prior to her current role, she handled communication & PR activities for both public and private hospitals in Romania, and also worked together with national patients’ associations on various communication and patient education projects.
Additionally, she is currently working on a PhD thesis, focused on communicating innovation in healthcare.
